A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Manapouri, Mararoa, Te Anau, Eglinton, Swinton, Greenstone, and Clintonside Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of October, 1935.

Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of New Plymouth.[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General.A PROCLAMATION.In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street : 0β‹…32 perches.Being Lot 4, D.P. 5527, being part Section 803, Town of New Plymouth.Situated in the Borough of New Plymouth.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90047, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of October, 1935.

Fixing the Date and Place for the Payment of Land-tax and Income-tax under the Land and Income Tax Act, 1923, and the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1935.GALWAY, Governor-General.ORDER IN COUNCIL.At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of October, 1935.Present : HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him under the Land and Income Tax Act, 1923, and the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1935, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and determine that the respective duties leviable under the said Acts by way of land-tax and income-tax shall be paid on the days and dates set forth hereunder :- Land-tax under section two of the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1935 : In one sum on Thursday, the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five. Income-tax under section three of the Land and Income Tax (Annual) Act, 1935 : In one sum on Monday, the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six. And, in further pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority aforesaid, and with the like advice and consent as aforesaid, His Excellency doth also determine that the place where the said duties of land-tax and income-tax shall be payable shall be the Office of the Commissioner of Taxes, at the Government Buildings, Wellington, and that notice to the aforegoing effect shall be given by the said Commissioner accordingly.
