Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks VIII and XII, Skiddaw Survey District, and Blocks V, VI,
and IX, Tekoa Survey District, Amuri County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Skiddaw and Tekoa Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1935.
