SECOND SCHEDULE.
TOWN DISTRICT OF OTOROHANGA.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of the creek which forms the western side of the northern extension of Haerehuka Street, in Otorohanga Township, in line with the south-eastern boundary of Otorohanga E No. 2 Block; thence across the street and along the south-eastern boundary of that block to and across Kakamutu Road, along the eastern side of that road and the south-western boundary of Otorohanga C Block to the Main Trunk Railway Reserve, along the north-western boundary of that reserve to Kanawa Street, along the north-eastern side of that street to and along the south-eastern side of the railway reserve to the right bank of the Waipa River at the northernmost corner of Reserve 452; thence along the right bank of the Waipa River to the railway reserve near the railway-bridge, along the south-eastern side of the said railway reserve to Kanawa Street, along the south-western side of that street to and along the north-western side of the railway reserve to the right bank of the Waipa River, again along the right bank of that river to and across the old river-course, along the right bank of the new course which forms the southern boundary of the Orahiri Y No. 3 Block to and across the old course, and again along the right bank of the river to the creek forming the northern side of Waipa Esplanade and part of the western side of Haerehuka Street; and thence along the southern and eastern side of that creek to the place of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of January, 1935.

Amending Waimakariri River Trust Loans Conversion Order, 1934.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of January, 1935.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by subsection two of section thirteen of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and of all other powers and authorities in this behalf him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, and by way of amendment of the Waimakariri River Trust Loans Conversion Order, 1934, made on the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the Gazette of the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, doth hereby prescribe and order as follows :—

This Order may be cited as the Waimakariri River Trust Loans Conversion Amendment Order, 1935, and shall be read together with and form part of the Waimakariri River Trust Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”).

This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, the date of the making of the principal Order.

Clause twenty-two of the principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—
(a) By deleting from the end of paragraph (b) thereof the word “and.”
(b) By adding after the said paragraph (b) the following new paragraph :—
“bb. Thirdly, in payment, in accordance with the directions of the local authority of the costs and charges (not exceeding in the aggregate £200) of and incidental to the conversion of existing securities to which this Order applies (whether issued in respect of the said loan or of any other loan referred to in the First Schedule hereto); and.”
(c) By deleting the word “Thirdly” in paragraph (c) thereof, and substituting therefor the word “Fourthly.”

Amending the Matamata County Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 1).

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by subsection two of section thirteen of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and by way of amendment to the Matamata County Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 1), made on the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, doth prescribe and order as follows :—
(1) This Order may be cited as the Matamata County Loans Conversion Order 1934 (No. 1) Amendment Order, 1935, and shall form part of and be read together with the Matamata County Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 1) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”).
(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, being the date of the making of the principal Order.
(3) The principal Order is hereby amended by deleting the words “one thousand eight hundred and seventy pounds” where they appear in subclause two of clause twenty-one, and by substituting therefor the words “one thousand seven hundred and seventy-five pounds.”

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Stratford Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of January, 1935.
Present :
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Stratford, in trust, for a public library and institute site by virtue of an Order in Council dated the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of that month, the said Order in Council having been issued pursuant to section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881 :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Stratford have duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Stratford of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
