Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the thirteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and gazetted on the sixteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall from and after the day of the gazetting hereof cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 21, Block II, Maungakaretu Survey District: Area, 69 acres 3 roods, more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1934.

Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.

SECTION 2A, Greenfield Settlement: Area, 541 acres 3 roods 16 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of January, 1935.

Boundaries of Otorohanga Town District altered.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the Town District of Otorohanga shall be altered by including therein the area described in the First Schedule hereto, such area now being part of the County of Otorohanga; and that the boundaries of the said town district, with such alteration as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

AREA INCLUDED IN THE TOWN DISTRICT OF OTOROHANGA.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing 14 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Orahiri Survey District, called Orahiri Y 3, which said parcel of land is the whole of the land comprised and described in Volume 399, folio 162, of the Register-book at Auckland.
