A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of January, 1935.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Ohura Survey District, Taranaki Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of January, 1935.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for papa-burning purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 36, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District: Area, 23 acres, more or less.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of January, 1935.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Ralph Freeman Burnet,
Cecil Allan Payne,
Thomas Arthur Eder,
William Coles,
Barnard John Archer,
William John Percy, and
James Charles Southen

to be the Woodend Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Woodend, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
