A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Leeston Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 10·8 perches. Adjoining or passing through Reserve 3048.

Situated in Block XII, Leeston Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.P. 2361.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88755, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of January, 1935.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block II, Weber Survey District, viz., Portion of the Dannevirke-Waipukurau Main Highway, Weber County Section (Waiapatiki Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 72 of the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, defining the middle-line of a road in Block II, Weber Survey District, viz., portion of the Dannevirke-Waipukurau Main Highway, Weber County Section (Waiapatiki Deviation), as affects all lands between the points of commencement and termination, with the exception of that part of Section 25, Block II, Weber Survey District, proclaimed as road by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 57 of the twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Napier under No. 1407.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of January, 1935.
