ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of
January, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
George Cowens,
Henry Tallott,
Benjamin Croft,
Henry Heinisch,
Charles Ellesmere Lindsay,
James Brackenridge Struthers, and
Samuel Smith
to be the Cust Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Saturday, the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-five, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and
the Gentlemen’s Club, Cust, as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of
January, 1935.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that
the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is
hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be
subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such
reserve shall hereafter form part of the Patetonga Domain,
and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain by the Patetonga Domain Board.

Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

January, 1935.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve for a Site for an Aerodrome
in the Westland County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of
January, 1935.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been permanently reserved for a site for an
aerodrome: And whereas it is expedient that the control of
the said reserve should be vested in the Westland County
Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby vest the control
of the said reserve in the Westland County Council, subject
to the condition hereinafter contained—that is to say, the
Westland County Council shall have the right, subject to
the approval of the Minister of Lands, to lease the said land
or any part thereof for such period and on such terms and
conditions as may be approved by the said Minister.
