Land proclaimed as a Road in Block VIII, Hukerenui Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hukerenui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
27 acres 1 rood 24 perches.
Being portion of Puhipuhi State Forest.

Situated in Block VIII, Hukerenui Survey District. (S.O. plan 27925.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2282, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2743, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July, 1935.

Proclaiming Unclaimed Land in Pirongia District, Auckland Land District, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section twenty-two of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1921–22, it is enacted that, after not less than three months’ notice in the Gazette, and in such newspapers as he thinks fit, of his intention so to do, the Governor-General may declare that the lands referred to therein, or any portion of those lands, shall, from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, be deemed to be Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924 :

And whereas the prescribed notice has been given in the Gazette and in certain newspapers :

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section twenty-two of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1921–22, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (being portion of the lands referred to in the said section twenty-two) shall, from and after the date of publication hereof in the Gazette, be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALLOTMENT 363, Town of Pirongia East : Area, 1 acre.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of July, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Opaku Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Opihi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
