IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Public Service Act, 1912, I, Andrew Duncan Thomson, the Deputy Commissioner appointed under that Act, do hereby appoint the person for the time being holding the position of Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at each of the places set out in the Schedule hereunder to be the Registrar of the Court of Review under the Rural Mortgagors Final Adjustment Act, 1934–35, at each such place respectively, and do hereby appoint the person for the time being holding the position of Deputy Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at each such place to be Deputy Registrar of the Court of Review at each such place respectively, as from the 1st day of July, 1935. Classification of Roads in Waitotara County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, James Alexander Young, Acting Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Waitotara County Council’s proposed classification and proposed alteration in classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Waitotara County.
SCHEDULE.
Roads classified in Class Three : Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 10 tons :—
Rangitatau East – Watershed Main Highway No. 47 (all that portion from its junction with Auckland–Wellington via Taranaki Main Highway No. 1 to the northern boundary of the Rangitatau No. 1c Block).
Roads classified in Class Four : Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6½ tons :—
Rangitatau East – Watershed Main Highway No. 47 (all that portion from the northern boundary of the Rangitatau No. 1c Block to its junction with Ahu Ahu Road), Kauarapaoa Road (all that portion in Waitotara County, but excluding all that portion between the Whakanga-romanga Stream, in Section I, Block I, Waipakura Survey District, and the Kauarapaoa Stream, in Section 2, Block II, Waipakura Survey District).
