- Every person applying to use the said slip shall pay such charges before launching his vessel therefrom.
- No unauthorized person shall haul up or launch crafts on the said slip.
- No person shall haul up and launch crafts at any time other than during ordinary working hours.
- Any person committing a breach of these regulations shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £20.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1935.
Present:
THE HON. SIR ALEXANDER YOUNG PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and section three of the Trade Arrangement (New Zealand and Belgium) Ratification Act, 1933, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby apply the duties and exemptions from duty provided for by the Trade Arrangement (New Zealand and Belgium) Ratification Act, 1933 (as modified by an Order in Council made on the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the sixth day of the same month, at page 4121), in respect of goods being the produce or manufacture of the Economic Union of Belgium and Luxembourg to similar goods being the produce or manufacture of Sweden, and with the like advice and consent doth hereby declare that every application of duties and exemption from duty hereby effected is subject to the provisions of section one hundred and forty-three of the Customs Act, 1913; and doth hereby further declare that all duties of Customs that have become due and payable, and all penalties and forfeitures that have been incurred prior to the coming into force of this Order in Council, shall be recovered and enforced as if this Order in Council had not been made:
This Order in Council shall be deemed to have come into force on the twenty-fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

Directing Sale of Railway Land between Wyndham and Glenham under the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1935.
Present:
THE HON. SIR ALEXANDER YOUNG PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the thirty-fifth section of the Public Works Act, 1928 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that if it is found that any land held, taken, purchased, or acquired at any time under this or any other Act or Provincial Ordinance, or otherwise howsoever, for any public work, is not required for such public work, the Governor-General may, by Order in Council publicly notified and gazetted, cause the same to be sold under the conditions set forth in the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct the sale of the said land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 5 acres 2 roods 8 perches.
Portion of railway land, Block V, Wyndham Survey District, Southland County.
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 3488, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The One Tree Hill Borough Council
to be the Konini Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, at half past eight o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the One Tree Hill Borough Council Chambers as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
