A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Christchurch Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 32.3 perches.
Being portion of Rural Section 9465; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 21.8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Rural Sections 430 and 9465; coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (R.D. 987/487.)
All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89528, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1935.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit in Block VI, Patutahi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres. Being portion of Section 104, Patutahi Rural.
Situated in Block VI, Patutahi Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1462, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89534, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1935.

Amending Order in Council of the 15th May, 1933, vesting the Management of the Boatslip or Landing at Moeraki in Trustees.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1935.
Present:
THE HON. SIR ALEXANDER YOUNG PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of the same month, at page 1405, the management of the boatslip landing or wharf at Port Moeraki, in the Waitaki County, shown on plan marked M.D. 2962, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, was vested in Alexander Mowet Cormack, Alexander Michael John McLellan, M.M., and Olaf Trygvason, of Port Moeraki, as trustees for the inhabitants of the Waitaki County:
And whereas dues and rates were prescribed to be taken and charged for the use of the said boatslip or landing, and it is desirable to amend the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Second Schedule to the said Order in Council of the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and doth hereby prescribe that the dues and rates set out in the Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken for the use of the said boatslip or landing.
SCHEDULE.
EVERY person using the said boatslip or landing shall pay to the trustees for the use of same the following scale of charges:- For the first twenty-four hours or part thereof, for each vessel ... ... ... 10 0 For the first three days or part thereof, for each vessel ... ... ... ... 12 6 For one week, for each vessel ... ... ... 15 0 For every additional day after the first week, per day or part of a day, for each vessel .. 1 6
