IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Hector George Acker,
Harold William Howden,
John Drysdale Baker,
William Henry Hellier,
Archibald McEwan,
Robert Cowan McKenzie,
Maurice Roderique,
William Arthur, and
James Aitken Young
to be the Papatotara Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Papatotara Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Rapahoe Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Edward Noble, jun., Rapahoe, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 4 acres 0 roods 11·9 perches, more or less, being Reserve 629, Block IX, Town of Rapahoe. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked 1/976, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Hauraki Plains County Council
to be the Kerepeehi Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, at four o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Council Chambers, Ngatea, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 25 acres 0 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Section 71, Block VI, Waihou Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 6/1/145, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. License authorizing Frank Octavius Matthews, of Wanganui, to use Water for the Purpose of generating Electricity and to erect certain Electric Lines.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1935.
Present:
THE HON. SIR ALEXANDER YOUNG PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby grant to Frank Octavius Matthews, of 47 King’s Avenue, Wanganui, a license subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth to obstruct, impound, or divert the waters of Waitotara River, and to take and use therefrom for the purposes hereinafter set forth a stream of water not exceeding thirty-five cubic feet per second at any one time, and to erect certain electric lines.
CONDITIONS.
- IMPLIED CONDITIONS.
THE conditions directed to be implied in all licenses by the Water-power Regulations, 1934, shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this license, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
- UTILIZATION OF WATER AND LOCATION OF HEADWORKS.
Water shall be used under this license solely for the purpose of generating electricity for use on the licensee’s premises, and shall be taken from the Waitotara River at the point adjoining the Waitotara Valley Road adjacent to the northern boundary of Block VI, Kapara Survey District, indicated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89999, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works.
