Wangaehu River to the ocean; thence towards the south-

the west generally by the Taranaki District, as described in
New Zealand Gazette, 1901, page 14, to the southern boundary
of the Taumarunui District, the place of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of June,

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Cobden Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
18 acres l rood 18 perches.
Being portion of Crown land set apart for the purposes of
Part II of the Coal-mines Act, 1905 (Gazette, 1907, page 27).
Situated in Block I, Cobden Survey District (Westland
R.D.). (S.O. 3148.)
In the Westland Land District ; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89387,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Se. of that Dominion, this 6th day of
