The Cook Islands Fruit Regulations, 1928, Amendment No. 7.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby make the following regulations.

R E G U L A T I O N S.
- (1) These regulations may be cited as the Cook Islands Fruit Regulations, 1928, Amendment No. 7.
(2) These regulations shall be read together with and form part of the Cook Islands Fruit Regulations, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”).
(3) These regulations shall not apply to the Island of Niue.
- Notwithstanding anything in clause 5 of the principal regulations, during the period commencing on the 15th day of April, 1935, and ending on the 31st day of October, 1935, oranges of a diameter of 3¼ in. may be passed as fit for export.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Taranaki Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, viz. :—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the eastern side of Taranaki Street fronting parts of Sections 84 and 85, Town of Wellington, comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 70, folios 83 and 90 ”;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Taranaki Street, fronting parts Sections 84 and 85, Town of Wellington. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89381, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Kenmure Road, and the South-western Side of Portion of English Avenue, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, viz. :—
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the said City of Dunedin, viz. :—
“(a) Portion of the south-eastern side of Kenmure Road abutting on Allotments 1, 2, 13, and 14, Block I, Township of Barrfield ; and
“(b) Portion of the south-western side of English Avenue, abutting on Allotment 1, Block I, Township of Barrfield ;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured brown and edged with red to their centre-lines ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Kenmure Road, or on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of English Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
