SCHEDULE.

The south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Kennmure Road, fronting Allotments 1, 2, 14, and 13, Block I, Township of Barrfield.

Also the south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the said land district and city, known as English Avenue, fronting Allotment 1, Block I, Township of Barrfield.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89360, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown and edged red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Papakura Town Board.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for municipal purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Papakura Town Board:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Papakura Town Board, in trust, for municipal purposes.

Vesting a Reserve in the Te Puia Public Hall Association (Incorporated).

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a public-hall site: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Te Puia Public Hall Association (Incorporated):

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Te Puia Public Hall Association (Incorporated), in trust as a public-hall site.

Vesting Reserves in the Geraldine County River Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS the lands described in the First Schedule hereto have been duly set apart for river-protection purposes: And whereas the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto have been duly set apart for river-conservation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Geraldine County River Board:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Geraldine County River Board, in trust, for river-protection purposes, and that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Geraldine County River Board, in trust, for river-conservation purposes.

Reserve 4283, Block IV, Pareora Survey District: Area, 19 acres, more or less.

Reserve 4288, Block XIV, Opihi Survey District: Area, 141 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waihemo, in trust, for plantation purposes.
