IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed on 21st February, 1935, and confirmed on 25th March, 1935 :—

“That The Pacific Club, Incorporated, be wound up voluntarily, and that REGINALD SYDNEY NEWCOMB, of Auckland, Company Secretary, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the club.”

All claims against the assets of the club must be in the hands of the liquidator not later than Tuesday, 30th April, 1935.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME.

I, WALTER GORDON BUGDEN, of Gisborne, Factory-employee, the legally adopted son of Robert Ernest Shipp, of Gisborne, Coal and Wood Merchant, hereby give notice that on the 2nd day of April, 1935, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said surname of Shipp, and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Bugden instead of the said name of Shipp: And I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the 2nd day of April, 1935, duly executed and filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Gisborne on the 9th day of April, 1935, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of Shipp and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Bugden instead of Shipp and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of Bugden exclusively.
