In the matter of ROBERT ALEXANDER THOMSON, of Wairoa, Butcher, a Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy at Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay, Assignee in the estate of the above-named who was adjudged bankrupt on the 12th day of March, 1935, this day claims the property and assets of the bankrupt as disclosed in an assignment from the bankrupt to Thomsons Butchery, Limited, dated the 17th day of December, 1934, and any other property and assets of the bankrupt since that date transferred, mortgaged, or otherwise charged by the bankrupt to any person, firm, company, or corporation, and requires any and every person, firm, company, or corporation to hand to the said Official Assignee at Wairoa all property and assets of the said bankrupt whatsoever and wheresoever affected by any such assignment, transfer, mortgage, or other charge and or any subsequent transfer, assignment, lien, mortgage, or other charge given in respect of such: And further take notice that any application to reverse the decision of the said Official Assignee in such claim must be made within thirty (30) days from this date.
