Clause 7 (4) of the principal regulations, as amended by the Cook Islands Treasury Regulations Amendment, 1932, is hereby further amended by adding after the words “ Accountant, Cook Islands Department,” the words “ or other officer appointed by the Secretary for the Cook Islands to act in that capacity for the purposes of these regulations,” and by adding after the words “ Secretary for the Cook Islands ” the words “ or other officer authorized by him to act in his stead.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of April, 1935.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the authority to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Territory of Western Samoa conferred upon him by the Samoa Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby make the following Order.
ORDER.
SHORT TITLE.
- This Order may be cited as the Samoa Registration of Europeans Regulations Amendment, 1935, and shall form part of the Samoa Registration of Europeans Regulations, 1920.
RECTIFYING REGISTER.
- The Registrar shall forthwith after any European has been declared to be a Samoan in accordance with the Samoan Status Ordinance, 1935, remove the name of such person from the Register of Europeans and shall cause to be published in the next issue thereafter of the Western Samoa Gazette and the Savali the name of the person so removed and the reason for such removal.
