then along the north-eastern boundary of Section 3 N.R. to
the western boundary of the Karangahake Watershed Reserve ;
then southerly generally along the western boundary of
that reserve to the north-eastern corner of Section 40,
Block XIV, Ohinemuri Survey District ; then along the
eastern boundaries of Sections 40, 47, and 35, Block XIV
aforesaid, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned
section ; then along a line running due south to the
Ohinemuri River ; then down that river to and up the
Waitawheta River to the northern boundary of Block VI,
Aroha Survey District ; then westerly along the said
northern boundary to the eastern boundary of Section 23,
Block V, Aroha Survey District ; then along the eastern,
northern, and western boundaries of the said Section 23 to
the Waitoki Stream ; then down that stream and the
Waihou River to the northern corner of Te Awaii No. 7 Block ;
then along the north-western boundaries of Te Awaii
Nos. 7 and 5A and 5C Blocks to the westernmost corner of the
last-mentioned block ; then along a right line to a point on
the Waitoa River in line with the north-eastern corner of the
Whatitokorua E Block ; then down the Waitoa River to
its confluence with the Piako River ; then down the Piako
River to a point due west of the confluence of the Hikutai
River with the Waihou or Thames River, the place of
commencement.

And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come
into operation on the seventeenth day of April, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day
of April, 1935.

Districts reconstituted under the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by the Births and Deaths Registration
Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of
the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby abolish the existing registration districts known
as the Morrinsville, Te Aroha, and Ohinemuri Districts,
and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore
comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew
into three registration districts, the names whereof shall be
the Morrinsville, Te Aroha, and Ohinemuri Districts, and the
boundaries whereof shall be conterminous with the boundaries
of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set
forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under
the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908 :

And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come
into operation on the seventeenth day of April, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand,
and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd
day of April, 1935.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Govern-
ment of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road ; and
I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the twenty-second day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-five.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Govern-
ment of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule
hereto (and which was taken for the Huntly–Awaroa Branch
of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway, and is not now required
for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall
be maintained by the Raglan County Council in like manner
as other public highways are controlled and maintained by
the said Council.
