Land set apart as an Addition to a Cemetery Reserve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the cemetery reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 38·7 perches, more or less, being Sections 55, 56, 57, and 58, Block II, Purua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/69/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan No. 26589.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 18 acres 0 roods 36·1 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 2A, Block II, Purua Survey District, the said section having been set apart as a cemetery reserve by a Warrant published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1893, page 1699. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/69/1C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plans 25381 and 26589.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1935.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Marriage Act, 1908, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing marriage districts known as the Morrinsville, Te Aroha, and Ohinemuri districts, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into three marriage districts, the names and boundaries whereof shall be as follows :—
MORRINSVILLE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1 of Section 18, Block V, Waihou Survey District; thence southerly along the road forming the eastern boundary of Lots 1 and 2 of Section 18 aforesaid to the Piako River; thence up the Piako River to its confluence with the Waitoa River; thence up the Waitoa River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block VI, Waitoa Survey District; thence to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 7 and 6, Block VI aforesaid, to Waitoa Road (West Road); thence southerly along that road to Whakaroro Road; thence across Whakaroro Road and south-easterly along a line parallel to and approximately 40 chains distant from No. 7 Road to the Auckland–Thames Railway line; thence across that railway and along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Lot 2 on plan 8954, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Lots 4 and 2 on plan 5006 deposited as aforesaid to the Waitoa River; thence up the Waitoa River to the eastern boundary of the Kerihoni Block; thence along the eastern boundaries of the Kerihoni Block and the Pakarau Settlement to the south-eastern corner of Section 20s, Pakarau Settlement; thence along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 18s, Pakarau Settlement; thence along the south-eastern boundary of that section to its southernmost corner, and along the north-western boundary of Section 32 on plan 4333A deposited as aforesaid, to and along the eastern boundary of Te Waikaukau Block; thence along the eastern boundaries of Kiwitahi No. 1A, Lots 1 and 2, on plan 23088 deposited as aforesaid, and Kiwitahi 1D 2 and 1D 1 to the southern boundary of Kiwitahi No. 1D 1; thence westerly along that boundary, and northerly along the western boundaries of Kiwitahi 1D 1 and 1D 2 to the north-eastern corner of Kiwitahi No. 2E; thence along the northern boundaries of Kiwitahi No. 2E to the north-eastern corner of Section 24s, Te Miro Settlement; thence along the northern and western boundaries of that section, the north-western boundary of Section 23s, Te Miro Settlement, the north-western boundary of Section 77s, and the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Section 71s (forest reserve); thence along the north-western boundary of Section 2 of 28s and the northern boundary of Section 1 of 28s, Te Miro Settlement, to Tahuroa Trig. Station; thence along the eastern and southern boundary of Section 83s, Te Miro Settlement, and the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Karokaro Blocks B, C, and A 2 to Pukemoremore Trig. Station; thence north-westerly along the confiscation-line to its intersection by the southern boundary-line of Block IV, Komokorau Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Blocks IV and III, Komokorau Survey District, to the north-western boundary of Lot 3, Woodlands Estate; thence along the north-western and northern boundaries of the said Lot 3 to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 1 on plan 17515 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 1 to the Taupiri–Tauhei Road; thence north-easterly along that road to the road running north-westerly through the Rewi Settlement; thence north-westerly along that road to its intersection with the northern boundary-line of Block XIV, Hapuakohe Survey District; thence due east along the northern boundaries of Blocks XIV, XV, and XVI, Hapuakohe Survey District, to the confiscation-line; thence north-westerly along the confiscation-line to the southernmost corner of Section 5 (forest reserve), Block XI, Piako Survey District; thence along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of that section to the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 4, Block XI, Piako Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along that road to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1 of Section 18, Block V, Waihou Survey District, the point of commencement.
TE AROHA DISTRICT.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Waitoa River in line with the northern boundary of the Whatitokorua E Block; thence along a right line to the westernmost corner of Te Awaiti No. 5C Block; thence along the north-western boundaries of Te Awaiti Nos. 5C, 5A, and 7 to the Waihou River; thence up the Waihou River to its confluence with the Waitoki Stream; thence up the Waitoki Stream to the western boundary of Section 23, Block V, Aroha Survey District; thence along the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of that section to the northern boundary of Block VI, Aroha Survey District; thence along said boundary of Block VI to the Waitawheta River; thence up that river to its intersection by a right line between Te Aroha Mountain and the mouth of the Waihi River; thence south-westerly along that line to the Tauranga confiscation boundary-line; thence south-easterly along that line to the Wairere Stream; thence down that stream and the Waihou River to the south-eastern corner of Section 12, Block X, Wairere Survey District; thence along the southern boundaries of Sections 12 and 14 to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Lot 12 on plan 11953, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 20s, Pakarau Settlement; thence northerly and westerly generally along the north-eastern boundary of the Morrinsville Registration District hereinbefore described to a point on the Waitoa River in line with the northern boundary of the Whatitokorua E Block, the place of commencement.
OHINEMURI DISTRICT.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Piako River due west of the confluence of the Hikutaia River with the Waihou or Thames River; thence along a right line due east to the said confluence; thence up the Hikutaia River to a point due north of the north-eastern corner of Uriwha Native Reserve; thence along a right line to the north-eastern corner of the said Uriwha Native Reserve; thence along the
