THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Rangitoto-Tuhua 2D 2, 2C, 67A 2A 1, 67A 2A 2, 67A 3, 67B 2, 67B 4C 1, and 67B 4C 2 Blocks, Blocks XII, XV, and XVI, Tuhua Survey District, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto were, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, duly laid off as a road-line in pursuance of sections four hundred and eighty-two and four hundred and eighty-three of the Native Land Act, 1931 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the said Act :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2266, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2734, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1935.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, duly laid off as a road-line in pursuance of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931 :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931 :

Situated in Block XV, Tuhua Survey District. (N.L.C. plan 15202.)
In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2266, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2734, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of April, 1935.

Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section 53, Block II, Purua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/69/1D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 26589.)

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 79 acres 0 roods 2 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, and 3 on a plan deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland under No. 23855, and being the residue of Section 1, Block II, Purua Survey District, set apart as an endowment for primary education by Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1878, page 1267. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/69/1E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. (D.P. 23855.)
