THE reference to the New Zealand Gazette No. 37, page 1503, appearing in the last line of a Proclamation constituting the Borough of Te Puke, dated the 28th day of March, 1935, and published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette No. 22 of the 28th March, 1935, at page 1017, should be read as if it was a reference to the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of 1st May, 1913, at page 1503.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Mangahao Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 3 roods 31 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D. P. 2599 (part Mangatainoka 2BH No. 2c), Crown land, and Section 64, Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District. (S.O. plan 3017.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3293/18, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2733, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1935.

Settlement Land in Otago Land District proclaimed to be ordinary Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section forty-nine of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any land acquired under that Act or any former Land for Settlements Act to be, inter alia, ordinary Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924 :
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the land described in the Schedule hereto and which was acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, shall cease to be settlement land and become ordinary Crown land for disposal under the Land Act, 1924 :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section forty-nine, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the gazetting hereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, shall be ordinary Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 12A, Bellamy Settlement: Area, 816 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of April, 1935.
