THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

wharf at Kawakawa Bay was vested in the Manukau County Council (hereinafter called “the Council”) for a term of fourteen years :
And whereas the wharf has been demolished, and the Council has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same :
Now, therefore, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, as from the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Maida Vale Road, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, viz. :—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the eastern side of Maida Vale Road fronting part Lot I, D.P. 913, commencing at the north-western corner of the said lot and extending a distance of 107·8 links in a southerly direction”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Maida Vale Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Maida Vale Road, fronting part Lot 1, D.P. 913. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89244, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Derby Street, and the Eastern Side of Portion of Church Street, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council on the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, viz.: —
“That the Green Island Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Green Island, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of streets known as Derby and Church Streets and adjoining Allotments 4, 6, 7, and 8, Block III, Township of Green Island” ; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Derby Street, or on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Church Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Derby Street, fronting Lots 4, 6, and 7, Block III, Township of Green Island.
Also the eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Church Street, fronting Lots 7 and 8, Block III, Township of Green Island.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89238, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Paterson Street, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

“That the Green Island Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Green Island, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Paterson Street adjoining Allotments 3 and 4, L.T. plan 716, Township of Kingston” ; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Paterson Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Paterson Street, fronting Allotments 3 and 4, L.T.P. 716, being parts Allotments 20 and 21, Block D, Township of Kingston. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89174, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
