Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of
April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers,
Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that
the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby
brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the
provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Coromandel Domain, and be
managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—COROMANDEL DOMAIN.
Lot 1, D.P. No. 12396, and being portion Te Umuhau Block,
situated in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District : Area,
4 acres O roods 11·7 perches, more or less.

under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me

Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers,

described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby
brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to
the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Waipatiki Domain, and be managed,
administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—WAIPATIKI DOMAIN.
SECTION 3, Block XIV, Moeangiangi Survey District : Area,
44 acres 3 roods, more or less.

Recreation Reserve in Hawke's Bay Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that
the reserve for recreation in the Hawke's Bay Land District
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby
brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to
the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall
hereafter form part of the Westshore Domain, and be managed,
administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the
Westshore Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 204, Town of Westshore: Area, 3 acres 2 roods
11·9 perches, more or less.

Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a
public domain by the Tangimoana Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—TANGIMOANA DOMAIN.
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 17 perches,
more or less, being part Section 86, Town of Tangimoana,
bounded as follows : Towards the north-east by N.R. 377,
136·13 links ; toward the south-east by River Bank Street,
336·27 links ; towards the south-west by Domain Parade,
70 links ; and towards the north-west by the Rangitikei River.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 33 perches,
more or less, being part Section 85, Town of Tangimoana,
bounded as follows : Towards the north-east by Domain
Parade, 70 links ; towards the south-east by River Bank
Street, 375 links ; and towards the north-west by the
Rangitikei River.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 7 acres
1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being Section 3, Block II,
Sandy Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan
numbered 55/8s, deposited in the Wellington District Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.
