Land set apart as Portion of the National Endowment.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the national-endowment land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

All those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, containing by admeasurement a total area of 2 acres 0 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Sections 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, Block III, Omapero Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 21/166A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, being the residue of an area of 4,335 acres situated in Blocks III and IV, Omapere Survey District, set apart as national-endowment land by the Fourth Schedule of the Land Act, 1908.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of December, 1934.

Land taken for the Purposes of an Access-way between Nottingham Street and Standen Street, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act, 1919, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an access-way, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 perches.
Being land marked β€œDrainage Reserve,” Block II, D.P. 1775, and being part Section 33, Karori Registration District.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2950.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88716, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of January, 1935.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.
