A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first
day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 3 10 Lot 2, D.P. 4889, being part Acroa Block on
D.P. 9240; coloured blue.
6 1 18 Lot 2, D.P. 4889, being part Acroa Block;
coloured red.

Situated in Block I, Tokatoka Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 27747.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
88608, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
December, 1934.

of Gisborne.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of electric works, and shall vest in the Poverty
Bay Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood
15·65 perches.

Being portion of Section 29A, Town of Gisborne.

Situated in the Borough of Gisborne (Gisborne R.D.).
(S.O. 1452, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88165,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
December, 1934.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth
day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 34 perches.
Being portion of part Section 20.

Situated in Block X, Hohoura East Survey District (Auck-
land R.D.). (S.O. 27771.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wairata Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.
