Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block IV,
Otamatea Survey District, Otamatea and Rodney Counties.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otamatea Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 2 acres 1 rood 37·3 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 18; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 3 roods
11 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments E. 24 and 18;
coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Otamatea Survey District
(Oruawharo Parish), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27489.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same
are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
88157, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under
the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December,
1934.

District described in the Schedule hereto.

Wellington, and thercon coloured as above mentioned.

Altering and Redefining the Boundaries of the Te Akau North
Rabbit District.-(Notice No. Ag. 3232.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of
December, 1934.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section thirty-one of the Rabbit Nuisance
Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General,
at the request of the Board of any rabbit district, may by
Order in Council alter and redefine the boundaries of its
district:
And whereas the district known as the " Te Akau North
Rabbit District" has been constituted under and for the
purposes of the said Act:
And whereas the Board of the said district has, pursuant
to the said section thirty-one of the said Act, requested that
the boundaries of its district be altered and redefined, and
it is deemed expedient to give effect to such request:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district so con-
stituted as aforesaid, and doth hereby declare that the
boundaries of the said district shall be those set forth in the
Schedule hereto, and doth further declare that this Order in
Council shall take effect as from the date of the publication
thereof in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in the Raglan
County, bounded by a line commencing at the south head of
the Waikato River; thence in a north-easterly direction
generally up the left bank of the Waikato River to the
north-eastern corner of the Opuatia No. 16c 2 Block, situated
in Block V, Onewhero Survey District; thence along the
eastern boundary generally of Opuatia No. 16c 2 Block;
thence along the southern boundaries of Opuatia No. 17,
No. 11A, Nos. 2A and 2B, No. 11B, Nos. 91', 91², 9F, 9G, 7B,
1, and No. 11C, Nos. 2B, 3B, 1, 8, and 7 Blocks to the Puke-
o-Tahenga Trig. Station; thence along the south-eastern
boundary of Opuatia No. 11C No. 7 Block; thence in a
south-easterly direction along the south-western boundary of
Opuatia No. part 5B 2A Block to the Klondike Road; thence
in a north-easterly direction along the Klondike Road to the
north-west corner of Section 3, Opuatia Special Settlement;
thence in a south-easterly direction generally along the
south-western boundaries of Sections 3, 7, 9, 10A, 11A,
and 12, Opuatia Special Settlement, and Opuatia 5A
40 Block to the Ponganui Road; thence along the Po-
nganui Road to the Wairamarama-Onewhero Road;
thence along the Wairamarama-Onewhero Road to the
Opuatia Stream, thence down the Opuatia Stream to the
north-western corner of the Whangape Lot 65B No. 2 Block;
thence along the western boundaries of Whangape Lots 65B
No. 2, 64A Nos. 1 and 2, and 64B Blocks, all of Whangape
Parish, to and across a public road, and along the generally
north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 37,
Whangape Parish, to the Tikotiko Stream; thence down the
Tikotiko Stream, the generally western and southern shores
of Whangape Lake, along a public road passing through
Section 19, Block VI, Rangiriri Survey District, and forming
the northern boundaries of Sections 18 and 14 of Block VI
aforesaid to its junction with another public road at the
north-eastern corner of Section 14 aforesaid; thence along
that road passing through Blocks X and XIV, Rangiriri
Survey District, to its junction with the road forming the
south-western boundary of Allotment 147, Pepepe Parish;
thence along that road, the south-western boundaries of
Allotments 82, 81, 80, and 79, all of Pepepe Parish, to a
public road forming the south-eastern boundary of Allotment
79 aforesaid; thence along that road, the southern boundary
of Allotment 74, Pepepe Parish, a public road, the southern
boundary of Allotment 71, Pepepe Parish, the south-western
boundaries of Allotments 68A and 68B, Pepepe Parish, a public
road, the northern and western boundaries of Lot 1 on plan
No. 16730, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar
at Auckland, the south-western boundaries generally of Lots 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 on plan No. 16730 aforesaid, the north-
western and south-western boundaries of Section 2, Block III,
Newcastle Survey District, the south-western and southern
boundaries of Section 1, Block III aforesaid, and the southern
boundary of Section 3 of Block III aforesaid, the north-
western boundaries of Allotments part 223, 109, 110, 111,
