Notice altering the Boundaries of the Otago Mining District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Mining Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette alter the boundaries of the Otago Mining District by including therein all that area of land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 35 acres, more or less, being Section 3, Block XIX, and part of the Town Belt, Town of Alexandra : Bounded towards the north-west by River-bank Reserve and Section 84, Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District, 3780 links ; towards the north-east by other part of Town Belt, 1050 links ; towards the south-east by Section 9, Block XXXV, Sections 1 and 2, Block XIX, the abuttal of a public road and Crown lands, 3340 links ; and towards the south-west by the Clutha River, 1150 links ; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked N. 10/13/171B, deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1934.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block VII, Woodville Survey District, Woodville County, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the piece of land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken or acquired for a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway, and which is no longer required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Woodville County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with : 1 rood 3·9 perches.
Being portion of railway land, Block VII, Woodville Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1098, green.)
- In the Hawke’s Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87581, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Stonyhurst Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
