ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 86 of the 26th November, 1934, page 3765, in “Regulations relating to Aircraft Services under the Transport Licensing (Commercial Aircraft Services) Act, 1934,” for the words and figures form T.L. 45, as referred to in clause (5) of Regulation 5 and in the Schedule, read form T.L. 52.

Additional Land at Wellington taken for the Purposes of the Wellington–Napier Railway, and for Street-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington–Napier Railway to take further land at Wellington, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway, and to take land for street-diversion in connection therewith :

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in any-wise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

FOR RAILWAY.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 2 roods 33·4 perches. Part of Bunny Street, Thorndon Reclamation.

FOR STREET-DIVERSION.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 38 perches. Part railway land, Thorndon Reclamation. — Situated in City of Wellington. (S.O. 2994.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 3348, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green and blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1934.

Lands reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation :

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be scenic reserves under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WAIOTAPU SCENIC RESERVE EXTENSIONS.

SECTION 12, Block VII, Paeroa Survey District : Area, 5 acres, more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 331c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Auckland plan S.O. 26838.)

Also Section 15, Block VII, Paeroa Survey District : Area, 142 acres 3 roods 11 perches, more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 331g, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 27664.)

Also Sections 6 and 7, Block VII, Paeroa Survey District, containing together an area of 215 acres 2 roods 14 perches, more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 331h, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 27794.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of December, 1934.
