SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 148 acres, more or less, being part of Allotment 36, Ararimu Parish, situated in Block XV, Kaipara Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by a public road and Crown land; towards the east by the other part of Allotment 36, Ararimu Parish, and Allotment 58, Ararimu Parish; and towards the south-west and north-west by part of Section 5H, Riverhead Homestead Settlement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 16/4, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1934.

Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto, hereinafter designated “the said land,” is part of an area of 5,866 acres 3 roods 20 perches taken for the purpose of a State forest under the Public Works Act, 1928, by Proclamation dated the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty:
And whereas the said land is not now required for the purpose of a State forest, and it is desirable and expedient that its reservation for that purpose be revoked:
And whereas in accordance with the provisions of section nineteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, the House of Representatives and the Legislative Council have by resolutions dated the twenty-fourth and the twenty-sixth days of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, respectively agreed to the reservation over the said land being revoked:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, do declare that the reservation over the said land for the purpose of a State forest is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 545 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less, being parts of Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Section 132, Block IV, Forest Hill Hundred, and Section 5, Block VI, Lindhurst Hundred, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by Section 51, Block I, Lindhurst Hundred; towards the south by a road line; towards the west, south-east, and north-east by another part of Lot 2 aforesaid; again towards the south-east by the aforesaid road-line; towards the south-west by another part of Lot 1 aforesaid; and towards the north-west and north-east generally by a riverbank road reserve along the Hedgehope Stream. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 212/4, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1934.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the reservation as permanent State forests of the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto (which reservation was effected by the respective instruments referred to in the said Schedule).
