Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Marlborough Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 2 of 37, Block XI, and Section 2 of 2, Block XV, Gore Survey District: Area, 558 acres 0 roods 22 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of December, 1934.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 17,100 acres, more or less, being Run 492 and an island in the Pyke River, situated in Martins Bay and Humboldtside Survey Districts, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by the Westland Land District; towards the south-east and east by the Pyke River; towards the south by Lake Wilmot; towards the south-west by a provisional State forest (Gazette, 1919, page 1291), Run 508, and a provisional State forest (Gazette, 1919, page 1291); and towards the north-west by Awarua or Big Bay. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 163/1, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1934.

SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2,409 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Section 15, Block V, Sections 1, 2, 4, 12, and part 6, Block VI, and Sections 1 and 4, Block XI, Alton Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by the southern boundaries of Blocks IV and III, Lillburn Survey District; towards the north-east by Alton Road; towards the south-east by Limestone Road; towards the east by Section 5, Block XI aforesaid; towards the south by Section 8, Block XI aforesaid, and Section 7, Block VI aforesaid; again towards the east by Section 7 aforesaid a distance of 2141·7 links; again towards the south, east, and south by another part of Section 6 aforesaid, 4000 links, 1250 links, and 448·7 links, respectively; towards the west by Sections 5 and 3, Block VI aforesaid; again towards the south by Section 3 aforesaid; again towards the west and south by Section 7, Block V aforesaid; and again towards the west by Section 2, Block V aforesaid: save and excepting all intersecting roads. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 200/3, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revocation of the Reservation of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the reservation as a permanent State forest of the area of land described in the Schedule hereto (which reservation was effected by Warrant dated the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and two, and by the State Forests Act, 1908).
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 177 acres, more or less, and being Section 3, Block XI, Maungamangero Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 43/1, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1934.

Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.
