Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of
the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being
satisfied that the purchase of the Native land described in
the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf
of the Crown under the authority of the said Act, do hereby
proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
BLOCK : Hoeotainui North 6B 2J Section 2. Approximate
area: 478 acres 1 rood 17 perches. Survey District:
Hapuakohe.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of
December, 1934.

Proclaiming Native Land to be vested in His Majesty under
Section 450 of the Native Land Act, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section four hundred and fifty of the
Native Land Act, 1931 (hereinafter referred to as
“the said Act”), it is provided, inter alia, that the Crown
may purchase any Native land in pursuance of a resolution
of the assembled owners passed and confirmed in accordance
with Part XVIII of the said Act; and on the resolution being
adopted by the Native Land Settlement Board it shall become
a contract of purchase as between the Crown and all persons
who are the owners of the land; and the Governor-General
may, by Proclamation, at any time after the contract of
purchase has been so made, declare that the land so purchased
is vested in His Majesty the King, and it shall vest accordingly
and shall become Crown land :

And whereas a resolution was passed by a meeting of
assembled owners and duly confirmed by the Waikato-
Maniapoto District Maori Land Board, that the land set out
in the Schedule hereto be sold to the Crown :
And whereas the Native Land Settlement Board has adopted
such resolution :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority conferred upon me by section four hundred and
fifty of the said Act, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land set out in the Schedule hereto is
vested in His Majesty the King.
SCHEDULE.
PART of Rangitoto-Tuhua 60B Block, being part Lot 6,
Block VI, Tangitu Survey District, containing an area of
25 acres 2 roods 30 perches; and Lot 1, Block VIII, Tangitu
Survey District, containing an area of 364 acres 2 roods
30 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of
December, 1934.

Prohibiting Exportation from New Zealand of Coined Gold.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority
conferred by section six of the Finance Act (No. 3),
1934, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me
in that behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby prohibit the
exportation from New Zealand of coined gold unless with the
consent in writing of the Minister of Finance.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of
December, 1934.
