ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of
December, 1934.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct
the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such
land being no longer required for the public work for which
it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold:
1 rood 14 perches.
Being Sections 9A and 11 and part Section 10.
Situated in Block XII, Town of Waikouaiti.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74659, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Hanmer Springs
Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of
December, 1934.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Hugh George Smith Glass,
Charles Augustus Lahmert,
George Lucas,
Donald Alexander Manson,
James Manson,
Philip McManaway, and
Godfrey Oliver Rutherford
to be the Hanmer Springs Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Friday, the fourteenth day of December, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-four, at eight o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Hanmer Hall as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
HANMER SPRINGS DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 24 acres 0 roods 28 perches, more or less,
and being Reserve No. 4173 and part of Reserve No. 3942,
situated in Block I of the Lyndon Survey District, and bounded
as follows: Towards the north by Jacks Pass Road, 1683
links; towards the east generally by other part of Reserve
No. 3942; towards the south by Section 20 of the Hanmer
Plains Village Settlement, 1013·8 links; and again towards
the west by the Woodbank Road, 1759·8 links, the same as
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
1/861B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Scott Drummond Abbot,
Ernest Edward Chapman,
John William Gordon,
George Septimus Moody,
Francis James Short,
James Thomas Tabb, and
Benjamin Slater Vickers
to be the Opotiki and Waioeka Domain Board, having control
of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby appoint Thursday, the seventeenth day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, at half past
seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of the
secretary, Main Street, Opotiki, as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.-OPOTIKI AND WAIOEKA DOMAIN.
ALLOTMENTS 82, 83, 84, and 85, Parish of Waioeka: Area,
174 acres 1 rood, more or less.
Also Allotment 333, Parish of Waioeka: Area, 125 acres,
more or less.

meeting of the Board shall be held.
