National-endowment Land declared to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred by
section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1930,
I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the piece of
national-endowment land described in the Schedule hereto
to be ordinary Crown land from and after the date hereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the area of national-endowment land
described in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Act, 1908,
as 6,720 acres, situated in Blocks I, IV, V, VII, and VIII,
Aongatete Survey District, in the Auckland Land District,
Tauranga County, containing by admeasurement 20 perches,
more or less, and now known as Section 25, Block VIII,
Aongatete Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2005G, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan 27754.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
November, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred by
section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1930,
I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby declare the pieces of ordinary
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be national-
endowment land from and after the date hereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga
County, containing by admeasurement 3 roods and l rood
13.3 perches, more or less, being Section 19, Block V, and
Section 24, Block VIII, respectively, Aongatete Survey
District. As the same are more particularly delineated on
the plans marked L. and S. 16/2005E, and L. and S. 16/2005F,
respectively, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, as extended by
section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, I,
Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby resume the land in Mangaoporo
Survey District described in the Schedule hereto for the
purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by
admeasurement 15 acres O roods 15 perches, more or less,
being portion of Section 4, Block IV, Mangaoporo Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked L. and S. 22/3138, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
under No. 2715, and thereon edged pink. (S.O. plan No. 1435,
brown.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
December, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road
declared to be Crown land : 9 perches.
Adjoining or passing through road adjoining part Section 99,
Porirua District.
Situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84608
(sheet 6), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
December, 1934.

City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the
date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day
of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
November, 1934.
