Land set apart as Portion of the National Endowment. [L.S.]
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the national-endowment land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 1 rood 26.7 perches, more or less, being Sections 16, 17, and 18, Block V, and Sections 21, 22, and 23, Block VIII, Aongatete Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2005D, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan 27322.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas of national-endowment land in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, described in New Zealand Gazette, 1933, page 2820, as containing by admeasurement 18 acres 0 roods 18.4 perches, more or less, being Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, Block V, and Sections 17, 18, and 19, Block VIII, Aongatete Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2005B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plans 20964, 21610, and 26364.) Also all that area of national-endowment land in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, described in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Act, 1908, as 6,720 acres, situated in Blocks I, IV, V, VII, and VIII, Aongatete Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of November, 1934.

Lands in the Otago Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land. [L.S.]

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the lands described in the Schedule hereto (being lands heretofore held on renewable lease tenure) has been acquired and it is expedient that the said lands should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which were set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land as from the nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 8, Block IX, Beaumont Survey District: Area, 20 acres 1 rood 30 perches.
Section 9, Block IX, Beaumont Survey District, and Section 21, Block XI, Tuapeka West Survey District : Area, 23 acres 1 rood 12 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1934.
