HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of section thirty-four of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend the Cook Islands Treasury Regulations, 1916, in the manner hereunder set forth.
REGULATIONS.

(a) THESE regulations may be cited as “The Cook Islands Treasury Regulations Amendment, 1934.”
(b) These regulations shall come into force on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) In these regulations the term “principal regulations” means the Cook Islands Treasury Regulations, 1916. -
Authority is hereby given for public moneys as defined in the principal regulations to be kept at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand at Wellington in accounts to be distinguished as the Cook Islands Treasury Account, the Niue Island Treasury Account, the Cook Islands Administration Account, and the Niue Island Administration Account, respectively.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Fredrick Joseph Goomes, being an officer in the service of the Crown holding the office of Postmaster at Arrowtown, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 23rd day of October, 1934.
