CIDER (NEW ZEALAND), LIMITED.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of CIDER (NEW ZEALAND), LIMITED, a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at 155
Lambton Quay, Wellington, and carrying on business
there and elsewhere as Cider and Perry Manufacturers.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court
was on the 8th day of September, 1934, presented to the
Right Honourable the Chief Justice of New Zealand by
Charles Andrew Grainger, of the City of Nelson, Business-
manager, a creditor of the said company: And the said
petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said
Court on Friday, the 12th day of October, 1934, at 10.30 a.m.,
at the Supreme Courthouse, Wellington: And any creditor
or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the
making of an order for the winding-up of the said company
under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing
by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory
of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned,
on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

GREAT BARRIER ISLAND COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Great Barrier Island
County Council proposes under the provisions of the
Public Works Act, 1928, and its amendments, to execute a
public work—namely, the construction of a public road
through Section 186, Parish of Aotea—and for the purpose
of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken: And notice is hereby given that the
plan of the said land and of the land required to be taken is
deposited for public inspection with the Postmaster at the
Post-office, Whangapara, Great Barrier Island: And notice is
hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution
of such public work or by the taking of such land shall, if
they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of
the said public work or the taking of the said land, set forth
the same in writing within forty days from the first publica-
tion of this notice to the Great Barrier Island County Council
at Tryphena.
SCHEDULE.
5 acres 2 roods 34·5 perches, being part Section 186 of the
Parish of Aotea, situate in Block 11, Tryphena Survey District,
and shown coloured blue on the said plan.

WAIROA HARBOUR BOARD.
I HEREBY certify that the following resolution dealing
with the conversion of loans totalling £87,000 was
passed at a special meeting held by the Wairoa Harbour
Board on the 10th day of April, 1934, and confirmed at the
monthly meeting of the said Board held on the 14th day of
August, 1934:—
Resolution.—“In accordance with the provisions of section
9, subsection (2), of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction
and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, it was resolved on the
motion of the Chairman, seconded by Mr. Brady, that this
Board agrees to and doth hereby adopt the conditions for
the conversion of loans totalling £87,000 as provided for
under the Wairoa Harbour Board Loans Conversion Order,
1934, as set out in Order in Council dated the 8th day of
March, 1934.

EKETAHUNA COUNTY LOANS CONVERSION.
I, JOHN BLACKLOCK CARRUTHERS, Chairman of
the Eketauna County Council, do hereby certify
that under the provisions of the Local Authorities Interest
Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and the
Eketauna County Loans Conversion Orders, 1934 (Nos. 1, 2,
3, and 4), the Eketauna County Council by a resolution
which was passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council
on the 29th day of August, 1934, and confirmed at a duly
convened meeting of the Council on the 15th day of Septem-
ber, 1934, resolved to convert the undermentioned loans and
to consolidate the same into four groups as follows:—

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and
Amendment Act, 1919, the Public Works Act, 1928, and
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-named
Acts, and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf,
to execute a certain public work—namely, for an access way
between Nottingham Street and Standen Street, in the City
of Wellington—and for the purpose of such public work the
land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken,
and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the
Town Clerk to the said Council, in the Town Hall, Cuba
Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection without
fee by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all
persons affected by the execution of the said public work or
the taking of such land should if they have well-grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said land set forth the same in writing and send
such writing within forty days from the first publication of
this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the
Town Clerk at his said office.
