All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87980, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1934.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 2 roods 36·7 perches.

Being portion of part Allotment 40, Parish of Paremoremo; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 32·2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Allotment 40 and part Allotment 53, Parish of Paremoremo; coloured green.

All situated in Block I, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27375.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87623, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for lighthouse purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 8 perches.

Being portion of Matakaoa Block.

Situated in Block IV, Matakaoa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1232, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62309, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Waikaremoana Scheme, Linesman’s Cottage-site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

Being portion of Pihanui No. 1 Block.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Additional Land for the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway, Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 62 of the fourth day of the same month, taking additional land for the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway, Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 4 acres 0 roods 2·26 perches.

Being portion of Section 35, Porirua District.

Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 2968.)
