A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 1 rood 3·01 perches.
Being part Lot 9, Block II, Deeds Plan 110, and being part Section 16, Watts Peninsula R.D.

Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2948.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87893, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of September, 1934.
