A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street :—

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 0·08 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lots 101 and 102, D.P. 2226, being parts Section 30 ; coloured green.

All in the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87620, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
