Provisional State Forest set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the provisional State forest described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing approximately 100 acres, being part of Provisional State Forest No. 31 (Gazette, 1930, page 2348—national endowment provisional State forest), situated in Block IV, Von Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east by another part of Provisional State Forest No. 31 aforesaid situated in the Southland Land District; and towards the south-west and north-east by the edge of the bush. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 182/2, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of August, 1934.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XIII, Maungatautari Survey District, Waipa County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87510, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

SCHEDULE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 8-2 perches.

Being portion of Section 7.

Situated in Block VI, Otanake Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23594.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64436, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water-supply purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11-6 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 13, Parish of Maungakaramea.

Situated in Block VIII, Tangihua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27617.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87453, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
