Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block IV, Tokatoka Survey District, Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tokatoka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 2 roods 21 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 167B (National Endowment); coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 36 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 167B (National Endowment); coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Tokatoka Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Omaru Parish). (S.O. 27569.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87391, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of August, 1934.

Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 15680, being part Allotment 51, Rangitaiki Parish.
