Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.[L.S.] BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.A PROCLAMATION.IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which intersects the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 2 perches, more or less, being Section 45, Block VI, Takahue Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2203A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 27421, blue.)SECOND SCHEDULE.ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 30 acres 3 roods 2 perches, being part Section 28, Block VI, Takahue Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 148, folio 140. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2203B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plan S.O. 13114, blue.)Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of August, 1934.E.
