Excluding Land from Waimiha Development Scheme.

WHEREAS by virtue of a notice published in the Gazette of the 13th March, 1930, the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is subject to the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931, and is included in the Waimiha Development Scheme; and whereas the Native Land Settlement Board has resolved that the said land shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the said subsection (3):

Now, therefore, it is hereby notified that the said land shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the said subsection (3), and is excluded from the Waimiha Development Scheme accordingly.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence.

THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the person whose name and address is shown in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued and that no postal packet addressed to the said person (either by his own or any fictitious or assumed name), or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.

Notice of Intention to take Land for Sand-dune-reclamation Purposes in Blocks I, II, V, VI, VII, and IX, Kumeu Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for sand-dune-reclamation purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the Post-office at Woodhill, and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
