NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands, having been declared forfeited by resolutions of the Land Boards of the respective land districts, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, and the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned property will be offered for lease by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, at 2 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, 10th July, 1934, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.

Woodville County.—Woodville Survey District.

RURAL Section No. 168, Woodville, situate in Block VIII, Woodville Survey District: Area, 28 acres 2 roods 11 perches. Upset annual rental, £57.

Improvements included in the capital value comprise fencing valued at £28.

The land is situated on the Masterton Road, three miles from the Woodville Post-office, School, and Railway-station. There is no water on the section, the land being light and sandy resting on gravel formation. Suitable for grazing dairy cows or sheep when grazed with adjoining land having a water-supply.

Term, sixty-six years, with perpetual right of renewal at fresh valuation. Form of lease may be perused and full particulars obtained from the undersigned.
