Boundaries of Eureka Drainage District altered.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day of May, 1934.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby alter the boundaries of the Eureka Drainage District by including in such district the area of land described in the First Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said Eureka Drainage District, with such addition as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN EUREKA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in the Tamahere Parish, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Lot 1 on plan 13911, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid and the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Lot 3 on plan 13911 aforesaid, to and across a public road to the southern corner of Lot 2 on plan 9632 deposited as aforesaid; thence along the south-western boundary of Lot 2 aforesaid and the north-western boundaries of Lots 3 and 4 on plan 9632 aforesaid to the eastern corner of Lot 3 on plan 11764 deposited as aforesaid; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 3 and 4 on plan 11764 aforesaid to and across a public road; thence easterly and south-easterly along the boundary of the Eureka Drainage District to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
EUREKA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, bounded on the north-west by the Frankton–Rotorua Railway from the Eureka Railway-station to the north-eastern boundary of the Kirikirihoa Parish; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the road forming the southern boundary of Section 18, Eureka Estate; along that road and the Morrinsville–Tauwhare Road to the Tauwhare–Hamilton Road; along that road to the north-eastern corner of Section 163, Parish of Tamahere; along the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of that section and the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 164, across a road to Section 161, and along the road forming the eastern boundary of that Section; along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 160; along the road forming the south-western boundary of the said Section 160 and the road forming part of the southern boundary of Section 161; along the western boundaries of Sections 161 and 162 to the south-eastern corner of Lot 1 on plan 13911 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along the south-eastern boundary of said Lot 1 and the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Lot 3 on plan 13911 aforesaid, to and across a public road to the southern corner of Lot 2 on plan 9632 deposited as aforesaid; thence along the south-western boundary of Lot 2 aforesaid and the north-western boundaries of Lots 3 and 4 on plan 9632 aforesaid to the eastern corner of Lot 3 on plan 11764 deposited as aforesaid; thence along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 3 and 4 on plan 11764 aforesaid to the Tauwhare–Hamilton Road; thence along that road, passing Sections 3, 2, and 1, Newstead Estate, and Sections 274, 275, 276, 281, and 282 to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; along the south-western boundary of that section and the road forming its north-western boundary to Section 301; along the south-western boundary of Section 301 aforesaid to a point in line with the production of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 5 on plan 10710 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence to and along that line and the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 on plan 10710 aforesaid and that boundary produced across Lot 1 on plan 4300 deposited as aforesaid to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 1; thence along that road to the Eureka Railway-station, the place of commencement.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Kaiteriteri Survey District, Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of May, 1934.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a military reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 32 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, being Section E, Motueka Original, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District: Bounded towards the west and north by Section 67, Motueka Original, and towards the east and south by a public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 9/2787, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Town of Hokitika, Westland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of May, 1934.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for police purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Town of Hokitika, containing 15·4 perches, being part of Reserve 441, bounded as follows: Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Reserve 441; thence running 125° 44′ 30″ for 123·2 links; thence 208° 44′ for 76·32 links; thence 305° 44′ 30″ for 132·58 links; and thence 35° 48′ for 75·75 links, to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 6/7/179, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
