thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette of the ninth day of the same month.

Extending Time preventing Persons from applying for Receiver, &c., for Thames Harbour Board Loans.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day of
May, 1934.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on him by section ten of the Thames Harbour
Board Loans Adjustment Act, 1932–33, and of all other
powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
further extend until the thirty-first day of July, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-four, the time within which no person
shall take any steps to enforce payment of the principal or
interest of any of the loans referred to in the said section ten
or any part of any such loans.

Extending Time for holding General Election of Members of the South Wairarapa River Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day of
May, 1934.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section twenty-seven of the River Boards
Act, 1908, it is provided that on the second Tuesday
in January, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and on
the same day in each succeeding third year thereafter, the
ratepayers of the district shall elect the required number of
persons to be members of the Board of such district: And
whereas it is expedient to extend the time for holding the
triennial election in the South Wairarapa River District:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General,
in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by
section forty-two of the River Boards Act, 1908, and of all
other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, and
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, doth hereby extend the time for holding the general
election of members of the Board of the South Wairarapa
River District; and doth hereby order and declare that in the
aforesaid river district the said general election shall be held
and take place on Wednesday, the fourth day of July, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions
of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.
