A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Greymouth Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 5·6 perches. Adjoining or passing through Crown land.
Situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3064.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87179, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of May, 1934.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre. Adjoining or passing through Sections 48 and 49, Momona Settlement, West Taieri Survey District, and River Section 12, East Taieri Survey District.
Situated in East Taieri Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87182, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 19th day of May, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by sections twenty-eight and twenty-nine of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act, 1933 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and of every other power thereunto him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
John Gavin Duncan, Esquire, of Wellington,
David Alexander Ewen, Esquire, M.B.E., of Wellington, and
Richard James Hudson, Esquire, of Dunedin,
to be the first State directors of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, to hold office in accordance with the provisions of section twenty-eight of the said Act, and with the like advice and consent doth hereby appoint
Edward Jasper Herrick, Esquire, of Hastings,
James Begg, Esquire, of Dunedin
(being persons who are or have been actively engaged in primary industry), and
Norton Francis, Esquire, C.M.G., of Christchurch, and
Edward Anderson, Esquire, of Auckland
(being persons who are or have been actively engaged in industrial or commercial pursuits),
to be the first shareholders’ directors of the said Reserve Bank to hold office in accordance with the provisions of section twenty-nine of the said Act.
