Crown Land declared to be National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred by section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1930, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the piece of ordinary Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be national-endowment land from and after the date hereof.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

PART Run 13, Amuri County: Area, 7,100 acres, more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of May, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Wataroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 14 acres.

Adjoining Crown land.

Situated in Block II, Wataroa Survey District. (S.O. plan 3063.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2192, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2691, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of May, 1934.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 3 roods 2 perches.

Passing through part Section 28 (education reserve).

Situated in Block VI, Takahue Survey District. (S.O. plan 27421.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2203, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2690, and thereon coloured green.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 3 roods 27·9 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 37, 50, and 13.

Situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2947, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2689, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of May, 1934.
