Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Blocks II, III, IV, and V, Waihi South Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land, and has been used by the public as if it were a public road, and has been formed and improved out of public funds:
And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
25 0 29 Pukehina Block, Blocks II, III, and V, Waihi South Survey District; coloured red.
2 0 12 Waewaehikitia Block, Block IV, Waihi South Survey District; coloured blue (plan 15364).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2189, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2692, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of May, 1934.

Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road and the land taken for severances described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 1 rood 8·5 perches, more or less, being Allotments 229, 230, 246, 248, 249, and 263, Apata Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/3/12/4B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (S.O. plans 24832, 25540, 26904, 27094, and 27098.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, containing by admeasurement 749 acres 1 rood 2·5 perches, more or less, being Allotments 253 to 256, Apata Parish, and Lots 1 to 5 on D.P. 24913, being Allotments 231 to 235, and portion Allotments 217 and 218, Apata Parish, being the whole of the land comprised in certificates of title, Vol. 645, folio 291, and Vol. 651, folio 54. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 34/3/12/4C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of May, 1934.
